Important info for UK Customers
At the moment we accept only orders above 135£ to UK, as we cant send package worth less.
Our prices does not include VAT, and its technically impossible to collect British VAT at the moment.
After Brexit, you are now outside the EU and you will usually have to pay local VAT (20%) and whatever customs duties your country might charge.
Please note that all customs fees, taxes and duties are your responsibility.
Logistics companies might also add a service fee for declaring your item on your behalf.
The value of the package will be listed directly on your package or transmitted digitally as required by customs authorities. Our shipping system is completely automated, and we cannot falsify customs forms. The customs forms will accurately describe the contents and cost of your order. We cannot mark orders as "gift", "sample", "educational" or lower the values.
Our Guarantee
All items advertised on this web site are of original period manufacture unless stated otherwise. We offer a money back guarantee on all of the goods supplied subject to the terms listed below.
- Should you be unhappy with any item purchased, you should contact us by e mail within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The item can then be returned to us, provided that it is in the condition as sent, for a full refund of the purchase price. If an item is not notified to us within this time, it will be considered as being sold. We regret that postage costs are not refundable
- This refund offer does not apply to any goods purchased in error (including errors in translation of the text of this web site to another language), on the behalf of a third party, nor to goods that have been damaged, disassembled or tampered with after purchase.
- We supply items for collector's display purposes only & such items are not intended for actual wear or use. We do not guarantee the fitting of any clothing, footwear or headgear, nor their suitability for being worn.
- The responsibility lies with the customer to ensure that any goods ordered are allowed to be imported into your country. If an item has to be returned because it cannot be imported to your country, we can offer other goods to the same value in exchange, less any return postage & import costs incurred by us, but are unable to give a refund
- Any returned items paid for via Paypal will be refunded via Paypal.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Orders.
No contract will exist between you and us until we have received full payment from you and have dispatched the ordered products. Please note that our initial acknowledgment of your order does not constitute acceptance of that order. You may also receive a payment acknowledgment email from Paypal, this again does not constitute acceptance of that order.
Should we, for any reason, decide not to accept your order we will advise you accordingly and any monies paid will be refunded.
Sales of Knives & Firearms
The sale of Knives, other Edged Weapons and Firearms are restricted to those aged over 18. Verification of age is required before purchase is concluded.
Terms of Gold, Silver and Bronze Used
The expresssions 'Gold', 'Silver' or 'Bronze' relate to, especially in the case of Decorations, to the grade of the award or the appearance or plating finish of metal items and does not imply a solid metal content of this description unless otherwise stated.
Availability of Goods.
This web site is designed to show only items of stock that are still available for sale, but it is still remotely possible that an item could be sold during your visit to the web site. In the unlikely event that an item has been sold by the time that you place your order, we will inform you by return e-mail.
Delivery Charges
All orders are subject to a delivery, packing & handling charge. The correct charges will be automatically calculated via our Shopping basket ordering system and are based on the total weight of your order, your location and our normal method of despatch. Please be aware that we reserve the right to alter any miscalculation, plus or minus, and you will be notified prior to shipping of any changes.
Delivery
We are located in Finland and we use the Finnish post Itella.
The website for tracking info is: www.posti.fi. Of course if any of our customers prefers other carriers such as UPS, it can be easily arranged, but it will naturally be more expensive than the services provided by the Posti.
Although we offer a world wide export scheme, and trust & rely on the various delivery systems used to work properly, it must be understood that items are sent entirely at the customer's own risk. We will package the items well to prevent damage, and obtain all relevant despatch documents etc, but in the event of a parcel being lost in transit we will not be liable for such a loss. Insurance, to the limits quoted by the delivery company involved, against loss or damage is included in our quoted delivery prices but offers only minimal cover
Payment
All payments must be made in Euros. Payment is due 3 days after ordering, if nothing else is agreed upon before placing the order. Failure to fullfill payment within this timespan frees Dragoon Militaria Oy of all obligations. The articles are property of Dragoon Militaria Oy until the customer has paid it in full. Tämä sopimus sisältää Dragoon Militaria Oy:n ylläpitämän dragoonmilitaria.com – verkkokaupan käyttöä koskevat ehdot. Ostaessaan tuotteita verkkokaupasta käyttäjä hyväksyy tästä sopimuksesta ilmenevät ehdot ja sitoutuu noudattamaan näitä ehtoja.
2. Yksityisyyden suoja
Asiakkaiden tiedot on tallennettu Dragoon Militaria Oy:n asiakasrekisteriin, jossa olevia tietoja käytetään asiakassuhteen ylläpitämiseen ja hoitoon. Yksinkertaisesti; mahdollinen yhdetydenotto tilausta koskien, laskutus ja postitus. Yritys ei luovuta keräämiään henkilötietoja ulkopuolisille tahoille. 3. Muutokset
Dragoon Militaria Oy pidättää itselleen oikeuden tehdä milloin tahansa muutoksia käyttöehdoissa, myynnissä olevien tuotteiden hinnoissa ja tuotekuvauksissa. Käyttäjä hyväksyy tehdyt muutokset käyttämällä palvelua.
4. Myyntiehdot
Kaikki verkkosivuilla myynnissä olevat tuotteet ovat alkuperäisiä aikakauden tuotteita, ellei toisin ole osoitettu. Mikäli et ole tyytyväinen tuotteeseen, sinun on otettava yhteyttä meihin sähköpostilla 14 päivän kuluessa tilauksen vastaanottamisesta saadaksesi hyvityksen. 14 päivän jälkeen tuote katsotaan myydyksi, eikä palautusoikeutta enää ole.
Myymme käytettyjä tuotteita keräilijöiden kokoelmiin ja tuotteita ei ole tarkoitettu päälle puettaviksi. Emme takaa kenkien, vaatteiden ja päähineiden sopivuutta saatikka niiden sopivuutta varsinaiseen käyttöön. Tuotekuvauksissa olevat koot ovat tuotteista löytyvät kokonumerot, eivät nykyaikaiset.
Myytäessä ja kuljetettaessa tuotteita EU-maiden ulkopuolelle tuotteen vastaanottaja vastaa paikallisista veroista, tullimaksuista ja muista näihin verrattavista kustannuksista.
PayPal maksut hyvitetään PayPalin kautta.
5. Tilaaminen
Verkkokaupasta tilattaessa sitova kauppasopimus syntyy, kun lähetämme käyttäjälle tilausvahvistuksen, jossa tuotteen saatavuus vahvistetaan. Huom. jos quantity kohdassa on 0, tarkoittaa se sitä, että joku toinen ehti ostaa tuotteen juuri ennen sinua.
Dragoon Militaria Oy pidättää itselleen oikeuden olla hyväksymättä tilausta.
Emme myy tuotteita alle 18-vuotiaille ilman luotettavaa huoltajien hyväksymistä
6. Hinnat
Tuotteen hinta on verkkokaupan sivulla tuotetietojen yhteydessä tilaushetkellä näkyvä hinta. Hintaan lisätään toimituskulut ja verkkokaupan ostoskori laskee automaattisesti ne tuotteen ominaisuuden/painon ja sijaintisi mukaan.
Hinnat eivät sisällä vähennettävää veroa, vaan niissä on sovellettu marginaaliverotusjärjestelmää.
Tuotteet toimitetaan, kun kauppasumma on kokonaisuudessaan maksettu.
7. Maksaminen
Kaikki maksut on suoritettava euroina. Maksu erääntyy 3 päivän sisällä tilauksesta, jos mitään muuta ei ole sovittu ennen tilauksen tekemistä. Jos maksua ei suoriteta sovitun ajan sisällä, katsotaan kauppa perutuksi ja tuotteet palautetaan myyntiin. Tilitiedot:

8. Toimitus
Tuotteet toimitetaan postitse tai sopimuksen mukaan. Suosittelemme kalliimpien tuotteiden kohdalla lähetyksen kirjaamista/vakuuttamista, ota silloin yhteyttä meihin sähköpostilla heti tuotteen tilattuasi; info@dragoonmilitaria.com.
Käytämme Postin palveluita ja osoitteessa www.posti.fi löytyy lähetysten seurantatiedot. Mikäli asiakaana haluat mieluummin käyttää muita kotimaisia kuljetusyrityksiä tai paketin saapuvan muualle kuin lähimpään postin toimipaikkaan, niin tiedon voi laittaa tilauksen lisätieto-kenttään tai laittaa meille sähköpostia.
9. Peruuttaminen ja palautukset
Asiakkaalla on Suomen kuluttajasuojalain mukainen oikeus peruuttaa tilaus ILMOITTAMALLA siitä Dragoon Militaria Oy:lle neljäntoista (14) päivän kuluessa tilauksen vastaanottamisesta. Palautuksen ehtona on että tilaus on peruutettu myyntiehtojen mukaiseesti. Tuote on siinä kunnossa, jossa ostaja sen vastaanotti ja kaikki tuotteeseen kuuluvat osat ovat tallella ja tuote on pakattu alkuperäiseen pakkaukseensa tai vastaavalla tavalla. Tuote tulee palauttaa välittömästi tilauksen peruuttamisen jälkeen. Kauppahinnan takaisinmaksu tapahtuu 30 vrk sisällä peruutuspäivästä lukien. Valitettavasti vastaat itse palautuskuluista.
10. Tekijänoikeus
Web-sivuston kaikki valokuvat, sisältö ja tuotteiden kuvaukset yms. ovat meidän omaisuutta, eikä niitä saa käyttää mihinkään ilman meidän lupaa.
11. Sähköisessä verkossa toimimisen vapausvastuulauseke
Monimutkaisten sähköisten verkkojen maailmassa, pidätämme itsellämme oikeuden kieltäytyä myymästä jotain tiettyä tuotetta, mikäli sen hinnoittelussa on ollut jonkinlainen häiriötilasta johtuva virhe.
