ENG 1930s German Elastolin toy. Army radio operators. Two sitting figures about 1/30 scale. A metal morse device, not working. Hinged shield of morse-code, some rust on lower part. The figures surface is cracked in some parts, which is common on these. Nice, unusual small toy vignette.
